Artist Biography:

Demiana Baboul is a Palestinian artist from Beit Sahour, which is a small city located near Bethlehem. She graduated from Birzeit University, where she majored in graphic and fashion design. Currently, she is working on developing her own small fashion brand that focuses on custom made gowns and introduces new techniques and ideas to the community. Moreover, she is a self-taught painter and can work with large scale murals, as well as small sculptures. She finds that nature inspires a great deal of her work and believes it is important to always have a strong and powerful concept behind her creations.
